Description

Simple 3-ingredient electrolyte gummies made with coconut water, gelatin, and honey—perfect for hydration and post-workout recovery.

Ingredients

Scale

2 packets unflavored gelatin (about 2 tablespoons)

2 cups coconut water

2 tablespoons raw honey

Instructions

1. Pour ½ cup coconut water into a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.

2. Heat the remaining 1½ cups coconut water in a saucepan over medium-low heat until warm (not boiling).

3. Remove from heat. Whisk in bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Add honey and whisk until smooth.

4. Pour into silicone molds or dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

Notes

Never add gelatin directly to hot liquid—it will clump.

Avoid boiling the coconut water—high heat reduces gelatin setting power.

Store in fridge up to 1 week in airtight container.
